Over 500gm- $30 worldwide

 

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Sixty7 will redeliver, replace or refund a parcel that is incorrectly addressed by us, but do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are incorrectly provided or insufficient.  

ORDERS

Standard orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within three business days, unless the products are on 'pre-order' or 'custom' status.

PRE ORDER/CUSTOM ORDERS

Production and Shipping is 4-6 weeks. 
For custom orders that require a design proof to be approved:
The design proof will be delivered to you within a week once all required information and logos are provided. When the design proof has been approved, the product will be manufactured and shipping within 4-6 weeks. We always endeavour to get your custom orders to you as fast as possible.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCEL

All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit. Please contact Australia Post or the Courier Service that your order was dispatched with and advise them that your order has not arrived. You will need to quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. If the carrier is unable to locate your items, please contact me at sixty7mx@gmail.com and we will lodge an enquiry for you.
